1. Our approach

Nothing optional runs before you choose. Strictly necessary cookies are set when you load the site; analytics, heatmap and marketing scripts stay unloaded until you opt in, and are unloaded again if you withdraw consent. We do not use cookie walls, and refusing non-essential cookies does not reduce access to any part of the site.

2. Categories we use

• Strictly necessary — required to serve pages and to remember your cookie choices. Always on; no consent required. This includes the record of your own consent decision.
• Analytics — privacy-friendly, aggregated usage measurement so we can see which pages are useful. Off by default.
• Heatmaps — anonymous click and scroll maps used to improve page layout. Off by default.
• Marketing — measurement for campaigns we run off-site. Off by default.

3. Your consent record

Your choice is stored in your browser under the key eas-consent, together with the timestamp of the decision. That record is what allows us to demonstrate valid consent, and it is retained for 24 months as set out in the Privacy Policy. Clearing your browser storage clears the record, and the consent banner will ask again.

4. Changing or withdrawing consent

Use the cookie preferences panel to switch any category on or off, or to withdraw all non-essential consent in one action. Withdrawal applies from the moment you save it and does not affect processing that already took place under earlier valid consent.

5. Third parties

Consented analytics and marketing measurement are delivered by processors acting on our instructions. We do not sell personal data, we do not run third-party advertising cookies on this site, and no data collected here is used to train third-party foundation models.
